Roles & Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
* Support end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll implementation, enhancement and support activities.
* Configure and maintain SAP Payroll processes and related HCM functionalities.
* Work closely with business stakeholders to understand payroll requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
* Support payroll configuration, testing, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
* Manage integration and dependencies across relevant SAP HCM modules.
* Support system enhancements, upgrades and transformation activities.
* Ensure payroll processes meet relevant local business and regulatory requirements.
* Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios and supporting documentation.
* 10+ years of relevant SAP HCM experience.
* Strong hands-on experience with SAP Payroll (PY).
* Good functional knowledge across SAP HCM, ideally including PA, OM and Time Management.
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA / HCM for S/4HANA is highly desirable.
* Experience supporting Singapore payroll environments is preferred.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
