You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams. Analyze complex challenges and develop innovative solutions that support workforce planning and organizational growth. Support and guide team members by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative work environment. Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant with evolving standards. We have been supporting our clients regionally for business languages other than English viz. Requirements: Advanced proficiency in Business Operating Model is required. Advanced proficiency in Business Requirements Gathering and Contract Solution Gap Analysis is suggested. We dont really need operating model experience, if the candidate has experience in that then its a plus.
