SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) Consultant

Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) implementation, enhancement, and support projects across enterprise HR transformation initiatives. Configure and maintain Foundation Objects, Organizational Structure, Job Information, Personal Information, Employment Data, business rules, workflows, validations, and role-based permissions within Employee Central. Work on data migration, data loads, Integration Center, SAP CPI integrations, API-based integrations, and third-party system connectivity. Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business processes into system configurations, and support HR lifecycle processes such as hire, rehire, transfer, and termination. Perform testing, UAT support, defect resolution, documentation, training, production support, incident management, and change management activities.

Candidate should have 6+ years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience with at least 3-5 years in Employee Central. Strong expertise in EC data model, MDF objects, business rules, workflows, UI configuration, Integration Center, CPI, API integrations, role-based permissions (RBP), reporting tools, HR process understanding, troubleshooting, and analytical skills is required. Candidate should possess strong communication, documentation, stakeholder management, testing, and support experience.
