Job Title: SmartRecruiters Business Systems Analyst Company: Clock Edge Technologies Pvt Lt SAP Module: SAP SUCCESSFACTORS Roles & Responsibilities: ## Role Summary We are seeking an experienced SmartRecruiters Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support talent acquisition technology, process optimization, system enhancements, and integrations. The role will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and vendors to translate business needs into effective SmartRecruiters solutions. ## Key Responsibilities - Support SmartRecruiters configuration, including requisitions, approval workflows, application forms, templates, roles, and permissions. - Coordinate system integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, and defect resolution. - Investigate production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolution. - Support deployment, change management, and post-go-live stabilization. - Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. - Experience supporting global, multi-country, or multi-language implementations. ## Key Deliverables - Training and support materials Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana Work Location: TS, India Availability: Full time

\\Experience:\\* 5–8 years - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for recruitment processes. - Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories. ## Required Qualifications - Hands-on experience with SmartRecruiters or a comparable applicant tracking system. - Experience with requirements elicitation, process mapping, functional design, testing, and production support. - Experience working with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM. - Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments. ## Preferred Qualifications - SmartRecruiters certification or formal product training. - Experience with SAP CPI or SAP Integration Suite. - Knowledge of job boards, background-check providers, assessment tools, onboarding platforms, and recruitment marketing solutions. - Understanding of recruitment data privacy, security, and compliance requirements. - Business requirements and functional specifications - Requirements traceability matrix Key Skills: SAP SuccessFactors Salary: INR Up to 1.5e+06 per yearly
