Job Description
• We are seeking a Lead SAP CPI Consultant with 8+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in a lead role.
• The ideal candidate must have completed at least six full implementation projects and have strong expertise in Groovy scripting and SuccessFactors integrations.
• Responsibilities include leading the design and implementation of CPI solutions, managing project teams, scripting, and troubleshooting. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.

Roles And Responsibilities
• Lead the design and implementation of SAP CPI solutions, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
• Oversee project teams, providing guidance and mentorship to junior consultants while ensuring effective collaboration.
• Execute and optimize Groovy scripting for complex integration scenarios, enhancing system performance and reliability.
• Manage the end-to-end integration process with SuccessFactors, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, minimizing disruptions and maintaining project timelines.
• Conduct regular project reviews, delivering status updates and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best practices and lessons learned from each project.
