Job Title: Finance Manager (Chartered Accountant) Company: PromoQ SAP Module: SAP HCM Roles & Responsibilities: Finance Manager (Chartered Accountant) We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager (Chartered Accountant) to oversee and manage all financial operations within our organization. This key role will drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, providing strategic insights to guide decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of financial principles, and the leadership skills to effectively manage a team and ensure operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: * Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the development and management of financial models to accurately forecast company performance, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic objectives. * Budgeting & Forecasting: Take charge of the annual budgeting process, preparing detailed and realistic financial forecasts, and adjusting these forecasts in response to evolving business performance. * Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow reports) in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and relevant financial regulations. * Cost Management: Continuously monitor and analyze operational costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities and promoting efficient resource utilization. * Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow operations to maintain adequate liquidity for daily operations and to ensure sustainable long-term growth. * Financial Strategy: Provide strategic financial insights and advice to senior management, supporting business expansion opportunities and highlighting potential financial risks. * Risk Management: Evaluate financial risks and proactively recommend strategies to mitigate them, protecting the organization’s financial health. * Compliance & Audit: Ensure adherence to local and international accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance during financial audits. * Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals, ensuring effective task delegation, performance management, and professional growth. * Internal Controls: Implement and enforce robust internal controls to safeguard company assets, ensure the integrity of financial data, and support accurate financial reporting.
