SAP DBM / VMS Consultant

Job Title: SAP DBM / VMS Consultant Company: Starlink Qatar SAP Module: SAP HCM Roles & Responsibilities: Starlink Qatar is hiring an experienced SAP DBM / VMS Consultant to configure, support, and enhance SAP Dealer Business Management (DBM) and Vehicle Management System (VMS) solutions for automotive operations. You will work closely with business users and technical teams to streamline vehicle sales, service, parts, and warranty processes, ensuring seamless integration with core SAP modules. Key Responsibilities * Configure and support SAP DBM and VMS processes covering vehicle sales, service, and parts management. * Customize and maintain vehicle master data, vehicle status management, and vehicle procurement processes. * Configure and support warranty processes, including claims handling and OEM-related workflows. * Integrate DBM/VMS with core SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, and CRM. * Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate needs into functional specifications. * Work with ABAP and technical teams on enhancements, reports, interfaces, and forms. * Provide day-to-day production support, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root-cause analysis. * Support system testing (unit, integration, and UAT), cutover activities, and go-live support. * Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, and end-user training materials. * Train key users and end users, and support continuous improvement of DBM/VMS processes. * SAP DBM * SAP VMS * SAP S/4HANA & ECC * SD / MM / FI / CRM Integration * Vehicle Sales & Service Processes * Warranty Management * Requirements Gathering & Functional Design * Testing & Go-Live Support Work Location: Doha, Qatar Availability: Full time

Qualifications & Experience * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related domain. * 1-2 years of experience in SAP DBM/VMS implementation or support. * Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA, including automotive add-ons. * Solid understanding of automotive dealer processes: vehicle sales, after-sales service, parts, and warranty. * Good working knowledge of integration with SD, MM, FI, and CRM. * Experience with at least one end-to-end SAP implementation or rollout is a plus. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to work with business stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams. Certifications (Preferred) * SAP Certified Application Associate – Sales and Distribution, S/4HANA (e.g., C\TS462). * SAP DBM / VMS specific training or OEM-recognized certification.
