Senior SAP HCM Consultant

Support end-to-end SAP HCM implementations covering Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, and Payroll. Gather HR business requirements, configure SAP HCM modules, create functional specifications, coordinate with ABAP teams, perform testing activities, provide user training, manage production support, and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Expertise in SAP HCM configuration, Payroll schemas, PCR development, Fiori applications, integration with SAP FI and other SAP modules, testing, implementation lifecycle management, user support, and SuccessFactors exposure. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills required.
