Data Analyst - HRIS and People Analytics

We are hiring for Data Analyst - HRIS & People Analytics based at Noida. Key Roles & Responsibilities. Design, develop and maintain HR dashboards and analytics solutions using Power BI, SAP SuccessFactors Stories/Reporting and other HR analytics tools. Work with SAP SuccessFactors data to develop meaningful reports and dashboards across key HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, hiring, workforce demographics, diversity and employee lifecycle. Collect, transform, validate and analyze HR data from SuccessFactors and other HR systems to ensure accurate and reliable reporting. Translate HR data and trends into actionable insights for HR Leadership, HRBPs and business stakeholders. Partner with the HRIS/PSA team to understand SuccessFactors data structures, configuration and reporting requirements. Define and standardize HR KPIs, metrics and reporting frameworks across entities. Automate recurring reports and improve existing dashboards to reduce manual effort and improve reporting efficiency. Support HR teams with ad-hoc analytics, reporting and self-service dashboards. Key Requirements. 5-8 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, HRIS Reporting or a similar role. Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and its HR data structure/reporting capabilities. Strong Power BI experience, including dashboard development, data modelling and visualization. Knowledge of Power Query, DAX, SQL and advanced Excel. Good understanding of HR processes, workforce metrics and people analytics. Experience delivering end-to-end HR analytics/dashboarding projects is preferred.
