Job Title: Assistant Manager - HR (HR Digitalization & Performance Management Process) Company: Brakes India SAP Module: SAP SUCCESSFACTORS Roles & Responsibilities: This role predominantly drives 'HR Digitalisation projects' (eg:PMS, LMS, Talent, Emp Core, R&R and such others), and to handle Performance Management system of the organisation. Also to handle Total Rewards. * End-to-End Performance Management * HR Digitalisation (SAP SuccessFactors Implementation & Governance) * Rewards & Recognition Framework and Execution HR Digitalisation (SAP SuccessFactors Implementation & Governance): * Drive the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules - PMS and Employee core. * Coordinate with IT and implementation partners for AS-IS documentation, data migration, and testing. * Conduct UAT cycles and training for end users. End-to-End Performance Management: * Lead the full Performance Development and Appraisal process, from goal sheet rollout to increment communication. * Plan, schedule, and oversee the periodic roll-out of all organisation-wide awards as per the annual recognition calendar. * Coordinate the end-to-end execution of awards, including nominations, validation, approvals, and announcement. * Design and introduce new award categories to recognise emerging priorities such as innovation, collaboration, and customer excellence.
