Responsibilities * Develop and maintain co\-pack supply plans in SAP IBP based on demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and inventory targets. * Create and optimize detailed production schedules in SAP PPDS to maximize capacity utilization and customer service levels. * Convert supply plans into production orders and release them to co\-pack partners based on inventory requirements and material availability. * Monitor production schedules and adjust plans to address changing demand, material shortages, and capacity constraints. * Partner closely with Demand Planning, Sales Strategy, Customer Service, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to align supply plans with customer requirements and service objectives. * Lead weekly co\-pack planning meetings to review production schedules, establish priorities, resolve constraints, and mitigate supply risks. * Analyze and communicate insights related to inventory, capacity utilization, production performance, shortages, and excess stock. * Support new product launches, product transitions, and promotional initiatives through collaboration with Packaging Development, Master Data, and cross\-functional teams. * Maintain accurate planning parameters and master data within SAP S/4HANA and related planning systems. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes, scheduling efficiency, and system effectiveness. * Own co\-pack planning KPIs and lead corrective actions to improve service levels, inventory health, schedule adherence, and capacity utilization. * Serve as the primary backup for the Material Planner as required.
