Lead and support SAP HCM implementations, optimizations and migration projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, configure SAP HCM modules, conduct testing, support S/4HANA migrations and participate in blueprinting, realization, go-live and post-go-live phases. Provide training, prepare documentation and help organizations adopt modern HR transformation solutions leveraging SAP best practices.

Provide implementation, customization and support services for SAP HCM modules including Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, Organization Management and ESS/MSS. Handle incident management, service requests, business improvement initiatives, change requests and testing activities.
