SAP HCM Consultant

Lead and support SAP HCM implementations, optimizations and migration projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, configure SAP HCM modules, conduct testing, support S/4HANA migrations and participate in blueprinting, realization, go-live and post-go-live phases. Provide training, prepare documentation and help organizations adopt modern HR transformation solutions leveraging SAP best practices.

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of hands-on SAP HCM experience. Strong functional expertise in Personnel Administration, Organization Management, Time Management, Payroll and ESS/MSS. Experience in at least one full-cycle implementation or migration project using RISE with SAP or GROW with SAP methodology. SAP Activate, SAP SuccessFactors and SAP BTP knowledge preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills required.
