SAP HCM Consultant

Work as SAP HCM Consultant responsible for supporting and implementing SAP Human Capital Management solutions. Participate in client implementations, support engagements, configuration activities, issue resolution, and business process mapping. Assist organizations in optimizing HR operations through SAP HCM modules and provide functional support for payroll and employee management processes.

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant SAP HCM experience. Candidate should have handled at least one implementation project or two support clients. Strong understanding of SAP HCM functionality, HR processes, implementation methodology, problem solving, communication, and client interaction skills. Ability to work independently and contribute to project delivery.
