Job Title: Senior Manager / Lead – SAP SuccessFactors & HR Systems (Global Delivery) Company: K2 Partnering Solutions Pte Ltd SAP Module: SAP HCM Roles & Responsibilities: SAP SuccessFactors & HCM Lead / Senior Manager to lead complex, enterprise-scale HR digital transformation projects. In this role, you will bridge the gap between global HR strategy and technical delivery, leading cross-functional delivery teams across international markets. You will oversee end-to-end global implementations, upgrades, and support operations across SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM ecosystems. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end global implementations, upgrades, support operations, and M&A integrations for SAP SuccessFactors and legacy SAP HCM environments across multi-country regions. Manage solution rollout activities, including standard process definitions, custom configurations, testing strategy, mass communications, and change management. Function as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and primary strategic advisor for executive C-suite and regional HR business leaders. Lead cross-functional offshore and onshore delivery teams, establishing performance standards, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and quality assurance frameworks. Manage key client accounts, drive business growth, and maintain operational SLAs and project deliverables within preset cost and timeline parameters. SAP SuccessFactors: Hands-on subject matter expertise across full talent suites—Employee Central (EC), Global Compensation Management, Performance & Goals (PMGM), Career Development Planning (CDP), Succession Management, and Learning (LMS). SAP HCM / ERP Core: Deep functional expertise in SAP HCM sub-modules (Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Personnel Development, Time Management, ESS/MSS, and HCM Processes & Forms). of progressive experience spanning SAP HR/SuccessFactors functional consulting, capability leadership, and project delivery management. Conduct workshops, perform gap/impact assessments, define target operating models, and deliver configuration solutions tailored to global business requirements. Required Qualifications & Experience Global Payroll: Knowledge of multi-country payroll setups, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), schemas, and regional statutory compliance requirements (e.g., US, UK, Australia, SEA, Middle East). Practical experience applying Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks to software deployment, system migrations, and rollouts. Education & Certifications Education: Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) and/or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
