Support multi-country payroll operations with a primary focus on Brazil and Mexico payroll processes. Coordinate with payroll teams, vendors, finance and IT departments to ensure smooth payroll execution, troubleshoot payroll interface issues, manage legal and statutory updates, oversee banking and payment file changes, maintain process documentation and support system configuration initiatives. Act as a subject matter expert for payroll compliance and process governance.

Provide implementation, customization and support services for SAP HCM modules including Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, Organization Management and ESS/MSS. Handle incident management, service requests, business improvement initiatives, change requests and testing activities. Prepare functional specifications, test plans and scripts, collaborate with ABAP and cross-functional teams, support payroll operations and ensure SLA compliance within enterprise HR environments.

Configure and manage SAP BIB integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM. Design bidirectional interfaces, manage employee data replication, create mapping sheets and support Employee Central implementations. Collaborate with HR and technical teams to deliver scalable global HR solutions and payroll integrations.

Support and maintain SAP HCM Payroll systems including payroll execution, reconciliation, reporting and statutory compliance activities. Assist in handling employee master data, payroll inputs, validations and enhancements. Collaborate with HR and finance teams for requirement gathering and payroll process improvements.

Implement and configure SAP HCM Payroll and HR modules while ensuring compliance with country-specific statutory requirements.
