Roles & Responsibilities:
* 5+ years of hands-on SAP Payroll configuration experience.
* Strong experience in Payroll Schema and PCR design/development.
* Experience implementing or enhancing SAP Payroll solutions.
* Experience in payroll remediation, payroll transformation, or payroll projects.
* Strong expertise in payroll troubleshooting and payroll result analysis.
* Experience with payroll testing, reconciliation, and parallel payroll runs.
* Multi-country payroll implementation experience.
* Experience in payroll rollout, remediation, or transformation projects.
* SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration experience.
* Experience with Payroll Control Center (PCC).
* Experience supporting payroll migrations and system upgrades.
Work Location: Hyderabad, Pune, Bengaluru, India
