SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

Support multi-country payroll operations with a primary focus on Brazil and Mexico payroll processes. Coordinate with payroll teams, vendors, finance and IT departments to ensure smooth payroll execution, troubleshoot payroll interface issues, manage legal and statutory updates, oversee banking and payment file changes, maintain process documentation and support system configuration initiatives. Act as a subject matter expert for payroll compliance and process governance.

8-10 years of SAP Payroll experience with strong expertise in global payroll operations. Hands-on experience with Brazil and Mexico payroll processes preferred. Strong knowledge of payroll interfaces, compliance management, legal updates, finance integration, HRIS systems and process governance. Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills required.
