Workforce Intelligence & Data Strategy Lead

Job Title: Workforce Intelligence & Data Strategy Lead Company: ST Engineering SAP Module: SAP HCM Roles & Responsibilities: The Workforce Intelligence & Data Strategy Lead is responsible for building ST Engineering's workforce intelligence and data management capabilities. The role delivers workforce insights, strengthens HR data governance and quality, and enables AI-powered HR solutions through a trusted and scalable people data foundation. The role partners closely with HR, Business managers, HR Technology and enterprise stakeholders to translate workforce data into business value. He/she will lead the Group’s people data strategy and governance framework across employee and organisational data Key Responsibilities Data Strategy & Management * Define and implement the Group's HR data strategy and management framework. * Drive improvements in data quality, consistency and usability. * Strengthen master data management, governance processes and data stewardship across the HR community. * Provide insights and recommendations to support talent, capability and organization strategies. * Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across HR and leadership teams. Team Leadership & Capability Building * Build, lead and develop the People Analytics & Data Management team. * Set the vision, priorities and roadmap for people analytics, workforce intelligence and data management capabilities. * Foster a data-driven culture across HR through capability building, knowledge sharing and stakeholder engagement. * Develop team expertise in analytics, workforce planning, data governance, AI enablement and visualization tools.
