Workday Studio Functional Consultant

Gather and analyze business requirements related to Workday integrations and HR processes. Design functional integration solutions using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors and Workday Web Services. Collaborate with HR teams, business users and technical consultants, prepare functional specifications, process flows and solution design documents, support testing, UAT, deployment and post-implementation activities, troubleshoot integration issues, recommend process improvements and participate in Workday implementation, enhancement and transformation projects.

Required 5-9 years of Workday functional and integration experience with hands-on expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services and Workday HCM. Strong requirement gathering, stakeholder management, solution design, client-facing communication, testing, deployment, troubleshooting skills. Exposure to Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking or Financials and Workday certification preferred.
