Support Workday and LMS applications, manage Talent & Skills business processes, execute EIB loads, troubleshoot data and interface issues, monitor integrations, provide production support, incident and problem management, reporting, stakeholder coordination and Agile delivery support.
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years supporting Workday and/or LMS applications with expertise in Workday Talent & Skills, EIB loads, Workday Security, reporting, ServiceNow, JIRA, production support, integration monitoring, Agile methodology, stakeholder management and troubleshooting. Workday certification preferred.
