Job Description
Lead end-to-end Workday implementations including Core HCM, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning and Compensation modules. Configure Workday solutions, optimize business processes, oversee data migration, manage reporting and analytics, support system upgrades and provide continuous application support while coordinating with stakeholders and leadership teams.
Requirements
10+ years of Workday experience with deep expertise in Core HCM, Payroll, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation and Learning modules. Strong background in business process design, reporting, troubleshooting, workforce management and stakeholder engagement. Proven leadership experience in enterprise Workday programs is required.
