Workday Integration Consultant

Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Workday-delivered connectors. Candidate will develop inbound and outbound integrations using SOAP/REST APIs and file-based transfers, create Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports, troubleshoot defects, implement data transformation and monitoring, and collaborate with functional teams on design reviews, deployment readiness, and release management. The role also involves incident management, SLA-driven support, governance compliance, security adherence, and handling sensitive HR/financial data within enterprise environments.

Candidate should have 6-8 years of Workday Integration experience with expertise in Workday Studio, Workday Reporting, Core Connectors, EIB, XML, XSLT, SOAP/REST APIs, Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, and integration troubleshooting. Knowledge of SOX controls, SDLC, security governance, payroll integrations, benefits integrations, and Workday certification is preferred. Strong analytical, debugging, communication, and documentation skills are mandatory.
