Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant

Jade Global is also hiring a second Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant, again based in Pune with mandatory active certification required, mirroring the requirements of their other Adaptive Planning opening but with a distinct focus on complex model design work specifically. You will design and configure complex Workday Adaptive Planning models, working closely with Finance and FP&A teams to translate strategic planning requirements into scalable, automated financial models. Managing data integration is a core technical responsibility, ensuring Adaptive Planning models draw accurate, timely data from connected source systems. System maintenance work extends this role beyond initial implementation into ongoing operational ownership of the Adaptive Planning environment.

This role requires an active, mandatory Workday Adaptive Planning certification with a minimum of 3 years of implementation and configuration experience, consistent with Jade Global's other Adaptive Planning opening. Strong complex model design skills are essential for building expense, personnel, revenue, and capital planning structures. Practical data integration experience is required for connecting Adaptive Planning to upstream financial and HR data sources. System maintenance skills are needed for ongoing operational ownership beyond initial implementation. Strong Finance and FP&A stakeholder collaboration skills are essential.
