Workday Functional Analyst

Hands-on experience with Workday HCM configuration. Good understanding of HR processes and their technical dependencies. Provide Functional Expertise and support for Workday Modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time off, Recruiting and Performance Management. Troubleshoot and resolve issue related to Workday Functionality. Ability to Work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Clear communication abilities and comfort working with global stakeholders. Workday Pro certification or experience in implementation or optimisation projects. Familiarity with Workday security, business processes, or configuration best practices. Experience supporting HR teams in a functional or system-focused role. Strong customer-focus and a continuous improvement mindset.
