Senior Lead, Software Engineering Workday HCM Compensation Specialist

Kyndryl is hiring a Senior Lead for Software Engineering, specifically a Workday HCM Compensation Specialist based in Noida, combining deep functional expertise with a technical delivery mindset. You will provide functional expertise across Workday HCM and Compensation modules, designing and implementing solutions that meet business requirements for compensation management. Managing the annual merit and bonus cycles is a significant seasonal responsibility, requiring careful configuration and testing to ensure compensation processes run correctly at scale during these critical periods. Beyond the annual cycles, you will configure, test, and administer Compensation processes on an ongoing basis, acting as the go-to Workday subject matter expert for compensation-related questions across the organization.

This role requires 3-8 years of Workday experience with deep specialization in Core and Advanced Compensation modules, since managing annual merit and bonus cycles is a core seasonal responsibility. Broader Workday HCM knowledge is expected, covering Staffing, Onboarding, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruiting as adjacent functional areas. Payroll and time tracking familiarity is needed given the interconnected nature of compensation with these processes. Strong security configuration skills are required to manage sensitive compensation data appropriately. Workday Core HR certification is expected, reflecting the SME-level expertise this position demands.
