Workday Associate Consultant

Participate in consulting teams on client engagements (projects & AMS), internal projects, & practice building. Participate in client workshops, supporting senior team members, contributing to design decisions, accounting outcomes, defining functional solutions, troubleshooting and testing. Within 12 months, select a specialist workstream as a primary finance functional area, to concentrate on configuration experience & functional guidance to colleagues and clients. Objective to train & become certified in the chosen Workday functional area.

Accounting or Finance Bachelor s undergraduate degree preferred. CA qualification is required. Awareness of financial transactions & basic accounting principles. Experience working as an article or on industrial placement within a Finance function of a commercial company. Desired: Experience working in teams. Understanding or experience of an ERP / financial system as a user or part of an implementation team. Necessary Skills: Excellent written and spoken English language. Effective presentation skills to present & discuss ideas. Numeracy, proficiency in accounting. MS Office skills, especially Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Possesses excellent oral & written communication skills.
