Workday Payroll Analyst

Extensive expertise in Workday Payroll processing and reporting, complemented by strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience supporting payroll operations across the US (must) & EMEA/global regions (preferred). Hands-on experience in Workday Payroll processing with a strong understanding of payroll calculations and statutory compliance. Expertise in managing the end-to-end payroll lifecycle. Skilled in gathering, analyzing, and documenting payroll requirements from stakeholders including: Time & Absence, Earnings and Deductions, Payroll Calculations, Tax Configurations, Payslip and Reporting. Experience in data migration, validation, and payroll data reconciliation. Proficient in supporting payroll parallel runs and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Strong knowledge of country-specific statutory payroll regulations and compliance requirements. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and reporting within Workday. Familiarity with payroll audits, reconciliations, and issue resolution processes.

3+ years of professional experience with Workday Payroll analytics and reporting, Masters Degree in HR, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience of 6+ years. Strong ability to work well under all deadlines, with independent task management and impeccable attention to detail, to successfully and responsibly meet business needs on time. Facilitate highly sensitive and confidential data with sound judgment and advanced discretion. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences and with stakeholders at every level of the organization, across multiple world regions. Collaborative work ethic to deliver global results and seamlessly partner with HR Operations team on all deliverables, effectively supporting internal customers. Ability and enthusiasm to learn and embrace knowledge sharing with Workday Payroll and other business tools to continuously improve and maintain responsibilities within HR Operations.
