Workday Finance Consultant

The Workday Finance Consultant will architect Source to Pay workflows including Requisition-to-PO logic and Supplier Contracts, configure Revenue Recognition schedules and Billing rules based on ASC 606 standards, and design Project billing types ensuring project costs flow correctly to billing. The consultant will provide L2 support for Procure-to-Pay triage, expense management, billing errors, revenue adjustments, and monitor high-volume integrations like Concur and Salesforce. Strong understanding of Supply Chain logic and Revenue Management standards is essential. The role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment, contributing to end-to-end project delivery and continuous process improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will engage closely with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into robust Workday configurations that support long-term organizational growth.

Workday Pro/Implementer certification in Procurement, Expenses, or Customer Accounts mandatory. 5+ years in Finance Operations with strong understanding of Supply Chain logic and Revenue Management standards. Open to learning new modules. Any Graduate qualification. A strong customer-first attitude and willingness to travel to client locations as needed will be an added advantage for this role. Familiarity with change management practices and a track record of successful stakeholder engagement across diverse business units is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
