Workday Expert - Core HCM and Compensation

This Workday Core HCM and Compensation Expert role at Electrolux involves designing, configuring, and enhancing system processes across the Workday Human Capital Management platform. You will collaborate with the People Tech Product Owner for Core HCM and Compensation, Total Rewards team, and other Product Owners in People Tech. Daily responsibilities include collecting requirements with the Product Owner, designing and proposing solutions, building prototypes, conducting technical tests, and deploying to production. You will maintain comprehensive documentation of Workday configurations, participate in Scrum development sprints, coordinate with the AMS partner, and ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems. The role requires 3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM and Compensation.

The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday, specifically Workday Core HCM and Compensation. Experience with multi-country or global Workday deployments is required. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. A collaborative mindset, willingness to mentor junior team members, and adaptability to changing business needs are highly valued for this role. Prior experience working in global delivery models, along with exposure to Agile methodologies, will be considered an added advantage.
