Workday AMS Consultant HCM

Provide AMS support for Workday HCM with a focus on Compensation and Absence business processes. Own and resolve production support tickets through analysis, configuration updates, testing and deployment. Engage proactively with clients to understand issues, recommend solutions and communicate updates. Support compensation cycles including merit, bonus and eligibility updates, manage absence processes, perform Workday release impact analysis and regression testing, collaborate with AMS leads to meet SLAs, maintain client relationships, prepare documentation, support knowledge transfer and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Workday HCM certification is mandatory along with experience supporting or implementing Workday HCM in an AMS or post-production support environment.
