US Payroll Specialist

Provide compensation and benefits advisory services, support reward and retention programs, process US payroll activities, assist HR operations, collaborate with project teams, deliver compensation solutions, maintain payroll accuracy, and support employee compensation and benefits initiatives while working on full-time project assignments.

3-6 years of payroll or compensation experience with knowledge of US Payroll, Workday, HR operations, payroll processing, compensation & benefits, accounting, recruitment, PeopleSoft or SAP HCM. Strong teamwork, communication, accuracy and ability to work full-time on project-based assignments.
