Training Lead

Working within a collaborative project environment, you will play a key role in preparing employees for new systems, processes and ways of working. This position will suit a learning and development professional who enjoys operating in complex project environments and has a strong track record of driving training outcomes, stakeholder engagement and user adoption. Your new role As Training Lead, you will be responsible for developing and delivering an end\-to\-end training approach that supports a large workforce through a significant period of change. Partnering closely with project, change and business stakeholders, you will ensure training solutions are engaging, effective and aligned to business objectives. * Training strategy and planning * Learning needs analysis * Design of training materials and learning resources * Facilitator\-led and virtual training delivery * User readiness and capability uplift * Training evaluation and continuous improvement * Stakeholder engagement and support * Previous experience leading training activities within large\-scale transformation, ERP or technology implementation programs * Strong instructional design and adult learning expertise * Experience developing training strategies, learning materials and blended learning solutions * Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills * The ability to work effectively in complex project environments with multiple stakeholder groups * Experience supporting organisational change and driving successful user adoption * SAP S/4HANA implementation programs * Finance and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems * SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems (LMS) * Digital transformation, finance transformation or enterprise\-wide technology projects * Agile, PRINCE2 or other recognised project delivery methodologies * Large\-scale government, utilities, infrastructure or complex corporate environments * Contract through to June 2027 * Brisbane CBD location * Opportunity to contribute to a high\-profile transformation program * Supportive and collaborative team environment If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up\-to\-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
