Job Title: Senior Executive - Digital Learning & LMS Company: Pilgrim Job Category: SAP SUCCESSFACTORS LMS Roles & Responsibilities: About the Role We are looking for an Executive/Senior Executive – Digital Learning \& LMS to manage LMS operations, create engaging digital learning content, track learner engagement and training completion, and prepare MIS reports and dashboards. The role also involves digitizing training materials, leveraging AI tools, and collaborating with Regional Trainers and the Education \& Talent Development team to drive effective employee learning initiatives. Responsibilities: • LMS Management \& Administration – Manage day\-to\-day LMS operations including content upload, learner enrolment, course allocation, completion tracking and troubleshooting. • Training Content Management – Maintain the LMS content library, ensure content is updated regularly and manage content version control across training programs. • Digital Learning Support – Work closely with Regional Trainers and the E\&T Development team to identify digital learning needs and provide content/support for business training initiatives. • LMS Adoption \& Engagement – Drive LMS usage and completion across employees through communication, follow\-ups and regular monitoring. • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. Work Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Availability: Full time
