Role Summary Support the execution and administration of enterprise learning programs, ensuring smooth course setup, enrollment management, and reporting while contributing to learner engagement and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities * Program Execution Support * Assist in end\-to\-end execution of learning programs * Support course setup, enrollments, and participant tracking * Help manage roster updates and ensure data accuracy during program delivery * Reporting \& Data Support * Generate standard reports related to enrollments, completion, and learner participation * Support data consolidation for surveys, assessments, and program feedback * Stakeholder Coordination * Coordinate with internal teams for program scheduling, communication, and execution * Support query resolution and provide learner support * Engagement \& Team Support * Being part of learning engagement initiatives and team activities and larger events * Contribute to documentation where required Work Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Availability: Full time
