Job Title: Senior Salesforce Architect (8+ Years) Company: BICS GLOBAL Job Category: SAP SUCCESSFACTORS LMS Roles & Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Technical Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce development, administration, solution architecture, integrations, and Marketing Cloud. The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable Salesforce solutions, leading technical implementations, and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities * Design and implement end\-to\-end Salesforce architecture and technical solutions. * Work across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. * Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). * Design data models, security configurations, sharing rules, and access controls. * Develop REST API integrations with external systems, including SAP, OneKey, and Absorb LMS. * Implement Marketing Cloud Journeys, Automations, and Sales Cloud integrations. * Implement Single Sign\-On (SSO), data migration, and enterprise integration solutions. * Follow Apex Enterprise Patterns, coding standards, and Salesforce best practices. * Manage deployments, version control, and CI/CD using Bitbucket and Jenkins. * Lead technical design reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor development teams. * 8\+ years of Salesforce experience, including architecture, development, and administration. * Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Aura, JavaScript, and Salesforce Flow. * Hands\-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. * Strong knowledge of REST APIs, enterprise integrations, data migration, and SSO. * Experience with Salesforce security, data modeling, and Apex Enterprise Patterns. * Knowledge of Bitbucket, Jenkins, CI/CD, and deployment best practices. * Excellent problem\-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.
