What you will do:\- * Conduct primary research to draft, refine, and publish long\-form blogs, whitepapers, customer case studies, newsletters, and digital web copy. * Develop comprehensive content strategies covering enterprise platforms (DXP), cloud infrastructure, system integrations, managed IT, data analytics, and artificial intelligence. * Translate intricate technical topics into compelling messaging tailored for executive buyers, including CIOs, CTOs, and IT leadership. * Execute SEO\-focused content creation leveraging detailed keyword planning, user intent analysis, and competitive content mapping. * Build specialized frameworks for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), including structured FAQs and conversational prompts. * Engage directly with internal technical leaders to ensure subject accuracy, gather strategic insights, and author credible industry perspectives. * Drive multi\-channel demand generation programs by authoring high\-converting landing pages, email sequences, social posts, and downloadable assets. * Produce engaging collateral for corporate webinars, industry conferences, sales decks, and promotional campaign materials. * Analyze market competitors to pinpoint whitespace opportunities, refining messaging around key buyer pain points and technical outcomes. * Repurpose core long\-form assets into derivative content formats, including social campaigns, visual carousels, and subscriber digests. * Track performance indicators and engagement metrics across digital channels using analytics solutions such as GA4 and Google Search Console. * Manage content calendars, development briefs, publishing workflows, and brand governance standards. * 3–5 years of B2B technical writing background focused on enterprise technology or corporate content strategy. * Superior written communication, editorial review, structural proofreading, and topic research abilities. * Demonstrated capability to articulate technical architectures clearly without compromising technical integrity. * Solid grounding in SEO methodologies, search intent optimization, and content performance strategy. * Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems, SaaS platforms, cloud operations, API design, and digital modernization. * Proficiency in leveraging AI writing tools responsibly while maintaining rigorous manual editing and validation. * Versatility to address diverse personas ranging from hands\-on developers to executive\-level buyers. * Hands\-on experience with modern content management systems (CMS) and SEO performance tracking suites. * Exceptional project management capabilities with a proven history of balancing multiple concurrent initiatives. * Prior experience developing content portfolios for enterprise DXP, cloud services, system integration, or AI platforms. * Strong understanding of demand generation metrics, audience engagement, and multi\-touch attribution. * A strong portfolio showcasing published tech blogs, strategic case studies, and enterprise research papers.
