Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform MDM transaction processing and employee master data updates.
Support stakeholders and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work Location: Pune Division, Maharashtra, India
Availability: Full time
Requirements
Hands-on experience in SAP HCM and Employee Central (EC).
Strong experience in MDM transaction processing and employee master data.
Experience in Reconciliation, MIS Reporting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Candidate Location - Anywhere in India
Candidate Industry - (HRO / HR Operations / MDM / BPO / KPO / GCC / Shared Services)
Education and Certification
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline
Specific Remarks:
SAP HCM and Employee Central experience is mandatory.
