Antstack Technologies is hiring for a PAN India Workday Extend Analyst role based in Bengaluru, working within the HR Technology practice on Workday's Extend platform for building custom applications. You will design, build, test, and deploy integration solutions specifically for Workday, using Cloud Connectors and the CCW toolset alongside standard EIB and Document Transformation approaches. Debugging components is a regular part of the role, requiring careful attention to how custom Extend applications behave once deployed. Contributing to end-user experience is an explicit focus, distinguishing this from purely backend integration work, since Extend applications are typically user-facing. Gathering requirements directly from stakeholders is expected, and you will support production and warranty periods after go-live.

This role requires 2-4 years of Workday experience with specific exposure to the Extend platform and Cloud Connectors for custom application development. Strong knowledge of EIB, Document Transformations, and XML/XSLT is essential for building and configuring integrations. Practical REST and SOAP web services experience is needed, alongside SSL, PGP, and SAML knowledge for secure data exchange. Workday Studio proficiency is required for more complex integration scenarios. Familiarity with PECI, PICOF, and WQL is expected for data querying and reporting tasks.
