Job Description
Crowdstrike is hiring a Workday Support Analyst for a fixed 2PM to 11PM IST shift, reflecting the need for overlap with US-based teams this support function serves. You will resolve Workday Production Support cases as the core daily responsibility, performing light configurations where needed to fix issues without requiring a full development cycle. Executing routine system tasks is part of the role, alongside a notable SOX-compliance dimension where you will collect evidence for SOX controls as part of internal audit support. Testing and validating solutions before they reach production is expected, and monitoring overall system health helps catch issues proactively rather than only reactively.
Requirements
Candidates need 3-8 years of Workday experience spanning HCM, Recruiting, Absence, and Time Tracking modules for this support-focused role. Strong EIB knowledge is required for data loading and troubleshooting integration-related support cases. Familiarity with SOX controls and internal audit processes is essential, given the explicit evidence-collection responsibility this role carries. Strong customer support skills are needed, along with experience following SOPs consistently across support cases. Proficiency with Excel and ticketing systems is required for case tracking and reporting. Familiarity with AI technologies is expected, reflecting how support workflows are evolving.
