Job Title: T&T - ET&P - Senior Consultant - SAP Field Glass - Pan Indian Company: Deloitte Job Category: SAP SUCCESSFACTORS Roles & Responsibilities: * System Configuration: Design, build, and maintain Contingent Labor Management (CLM) and Services Procurement Management (SPM/SOW) workflows within SAP Fieldglass * Integrations: Lead master data integrations and troubleshoot connectivity between SAP Fieldglass and other enterprise ecosystems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, and ERP systems) * Business Analysis: Gather business requirements from stakeholders, map out process flows, and implement system changes. * Operations \& Support: Provide tier\-2/3 technical and functional support, resolving issues related to timesheets, invoicing, onboarding/offboarding, and supplier environments. * Reporting \& Analytics: Build customized reports, dashboards, and analytics to give stakeholders transparent insight into contingent workforce spend and supplier performance. * Testing \& Documentation: Develop comprehensive test scripts, execute user acceptance testing (UAT), and author user manuals or training documentation Work Location: Karnataka, India Availability: Full time

Key skills required * 5\-8 years of strong experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation and support, including contingent workforce management, services procurement, and at least one end\-to\-end greenfield implementation. * Expertise in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and business process optimization within SAP Fieldglass. * Hands\-on experience integrating SAP Fieldglass with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and third\-party applications. * Proven ability to lead client workshops, manage stakeholder communication, support UAT, and drive go\-live and hypercare activities. * Immediate joiner preferred with strong consulting, problem\-solving, and documentation skills in global project environments * Education: Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) Key Skills: SAP SuccessFactors Salary: Not disclosed
