Moller - Maersk Job Category: SAP EWM Roles & Responsibilities: Job Descriptions * Operational Oversight: Supervise and coordinate all daily warehouse activities. * Team Leadership: Lead, train, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse associates. * Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate inventory records are maintained within the Warehouse Management System (WMS). * Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize warehouse layout and workflow. * Problem Solving: Address and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and customer service inquiries related to warehouse activities. * Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, productivity, and inventory status. Job Requirements * A Diploma or Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. * 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role is required for the position in Logistics Company. * Strong understanding of warehouse best practices, inventory control, and logistics. * Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office application is essential for the role. * Able to work at Gelang Patah, Johor. * Must be willing to work on shift (morning \& night). * Multiple position available. * Possess strong commitment towards the role.
