Role Description The Warehouse Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate, safe, and efficient handling of materials and equipment. This role includes planning and coordinating receiving, storage, stock rotation, and dispatch activities, while maintaining optimal inventory levels and minimizing discrepancies. The Warehouse Manager will lead and supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, monitor performance, and promote adherence to safety guidelines and company policies. The role also involves maintaining records and documentation, preparing reports on stock status and movement, and working closely with operations, procurement, and logistics teams to support project requirements and deadlines. The Warehouse Manager will ensure proper use of material handling equipment, implement process improvements, and support audits and compliance activities.
