Key Responsibilities. Provide functional support for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules, including issue resolution and user assistance. Manage service requests, incidents, and enhancement requests, ensuring timely resolution in line with agreed SLAs. Configure and maintain compensation templates, guidelines, budgets, eligibility rules, and planner permissions as per business requirements. Support Compensation and Variable Pay cycle activities, including testing, data validation, worksheet launch, and post-launch support. Perform testing for configuration changes and releases. Maintain process documentation, knowledge articles, and configuration records while identifying opportunities for process improvement Candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
