Sr. Consultant - Workzone

Job Title: Sr. Consultant - Workzone Company: Yash Technologies Job Category: SAP SUCCESSFACTORS Roles & Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced Work Zone Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP Build Work Zone (formerly SAP Work Zone/SAP Launchpad Service) solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and architects to create digital workplace experiences, integrate enterprise applications, and improve employee productivity through a unified portal experience. Key Responsibilities ------------------------ * Gather and analyze business requirements for digital workplace and employee experience initiatives. * Design and implement SAP Build Work Zone solutions for business users and employees. * Configure workspaces, pages, site structures, navigation, and content management. * Develop and maintain role-based access and authorization concepts. * Integrate SAP and non-SAP applications into the Work Zone environment. * Configure SAP Fiori Launchpad capabilities and user experiences. * Collaborate with SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, BTP, and integration teams. * Design and implement employee self-service (ESS) and manager self-service (MSS) portals. * Support content lifecycle management and knowledge-sharing capabilities. * Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution demonstrations. * Prepare functional and technical documentation. * Support testing, training, deployment, and hypercare activities. * Troubleshoot portal, integration, and user access issues. * Drive continuous improvements and adoption of digital workplace solutions. * Single Sign-On (SSO) * IAS & IPS * OAuth/SAML Authentication * Role & Authorization Management * APIs and OData Services ### Development & Reporting * Portal Configuration * Content Management * Workspace Management * Site Management * User Analytics and Reporting Key Responsibilities in AMS/Support Environment --------------------------------------------------- * Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Build Work Zone. * Monitor portal performance and user adoption metrics. * Manage incidents, service requests, and enhancement requests. * Coordinate with SAP and infrastructure teams for issue resolution. * Maintain portal governance and security compliance. * Support periodic releases and platform upgrades. * Excellent client-facing communication skills. * Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills. * Analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Team collaboration and leadership skills. * Ability to work in global delivery environments. * Flexible work arrangements, Free spirit, and emotional positivity * Agile self-determination, trust, transparency, and open collaboration * All Support needed for the realization of business goals, * Stable employment with a great atmosphere and ethical corporate culture Work Location: Bengaluru, India Availability: Full time

Required Qualifications --------------------------- * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * 3 years of experience in SAP technologies. * 3 years of experience with SAP Build Work Zone or SAP Launchpad Service. * Strong understanding of SAP BTP platform services. * Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, and portal technologies. * Knowledge of authentication and authorization concepts. * Experience with Agile project delivery methodologies. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
