Greetings.!! ROLE : SuccessFactors Consultant. RESPONSIBILITIES. 5 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Global Benefits implementations/support. Strong knowledge of EC data models, business rules, workflows, foundation objects, and employee lifecycle processes. Experience in configuring and supporting Global Benefits, including benefit plans, enrollments, eligibility rules, and integrations. Ability to work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct solution workshops, and provide fit-gap analysis. Experience in system testing, defect resolution, release management, and production support activities. Good understanding of SF integrations and related modules, with exposure to Integration Center and inbound/outbound interfaces. Good to have: Experience with SAP IAS/IPS, identity provisioning, SSO setup, user lifecycle management, and Cloud Foundry migration activities.
