Sub-Contracting Engineer

Job Title: Sub-Contracting Engineer Company: Safran Aircraft Engine Services India Private Limited Job Category: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: Role \& responsibilities * Track the coverage of external repair parts * Generate Purchase order and Delivery Note to ship\-out part for repairs * Verify Repair Quote and Technical report to amend the PO. * Track the material until it is received at the facility on\-time. * Create and healthy relationship with Suppliers for long term association. * Track the availability of Used/Standard exchange parts and secure necessary approval to avoid production stoppages. * Should be well versed with the metrics to track coverage * Interact with logistics partners to track the shipments * Interact with Supply chain monitoring team to give feed back on ETA and critical parts * Updating SAP material master records. * Perform the transactions to allocate parts on the right order / project and ask for arbitration if needed * Define \& deliver KPIs on supply performance * Ensures exemplary communication with all stakeholders including internal associates, and global customers through regular local and global updates. Skills \& Qualification: * Significant knowledge and past experience in Supply Chain processes (Procurement, Sub\-contracting, MRP analysis, PR to PO, Outbound/Inbound shipment follow\-up, Logistics.) and relevant tools. * Proficiencyin SAP MM * MS Office Tools * Power BI Knowledge shall be an added advantage * B.Tech with 7 to 12 years' Experience * Procurement \& Sub\-contracting Experience Key Skills: SAP MM, Procurement Salary: Not disclosed
