The role works closely with customers and cross\-functional teams to enhance operational performance, customer satisfaction, and overall business effectiveness. In addition, the position supports office administration activities to ensure a safe, professional, and well\-organized workplace environment. Key Responsibilities: * Process customer purchase orders in SAP and related systems * Creating quotations in SAP * Review and validate order details including pricing, lead times, and product availability. * Provide intercompany pricing and order support to internal stakeholders. * Process customer credits and returns * Coordinate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery. * Proactively communicate order status, delays, or changes to customers. * Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions. * Support invoicing and resolve discrepancies related to orders or deliveries. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to order processing. * Ensure compliance with company policies and trade regulations. * Support the day\-to\-day operation of the office, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. * Coordinate visitor management and reception requirements. * Maintain stationery, office supplies, warehouse consumables, and kitchen supplies. * Organize team and company events, including catering and logistics. Qualifications \& Skills: * Certificate or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field. * Minimum 2 years' experience in order management, customer service, sales support, logistics, or a similar operational role. * Proficiency in SAP systems (S/4 HANA) and Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Excellent communication and problem\-solving abilities. * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast\-paced environment.
