Job Title: Stores - Outbound Coordinator - Executive/Sr Executive Company: Indosol Solar SAP Module: SAP PP Roles & Responsibilities: Role Category: Coordinator (Material Issuance) Role & responsibilities: Position Overview: You will be a part of Stores operation and collaborate with cross-functional departments Production, Production Planning and Controls (PPC), Quality, Utility & Machine Maintenance to ensure uninterrupted support from the stores to the manufacturing facility. Above role would cover the below: * Ensure to move the inward materials from unloading area to respective destinations. * Allocation of manpower to issue the material to production. * Verification of materials code, quantity, batch, FIFO & SELD before doing transfer posting in SAP and physical movement of the materials. * Issue raw materials to production against material requisitions related to the production order. * Ensure to receive the acknowledgement on hard copies of material transfer posting documents after hand over the physical materials to production. * Maintain accurate stock levels and update entries in SAP / manual registers. * Sending the stock registers to Shift in-charge for all the raw materials, consumable, spares, tools & tackles. * physical stock verification of allotted material and share the report to shift In-charge. * Highlight material shortages or discrepancies to the Store In-Charge immediately. * Sharing the temperature & humidity records to the shift In-charge on every shifts. * Sharing the material movements report to Shift In-charge in respective shift. * Ensure proper documentation for traceability and audit purposes. * Follow all safety guidelines while handling materials. * Ensure to comply with company policies, statutory norms, and audit requirements. * Maintaining the 5S activity of the warehouse area and ensure proper labeling and storage. * Knowledge of store operations and material management systems (ERP / SAP preferred). * Inventory Management. * Accuracy in data entry and documentation * Strong coordination and communication skills * Quality Management System Work Location: Kavali, India Availability: Full time

Knowledge & Skillset Requirements: Experience: 0-2 years work experience in Stores function with Diploma / Degree or equivalent degree in any discipline. Experience in Solar PV manufacturing industry. Key Skills: Production Planning Salary: Not disclosed
