Key Responsibilities. Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management, including Time Off / Absence Management and Time Tracking. Configure and implement Clock In / Clock Out functionality. Configure work schedules, time types, time valuation, overtime rules, and accruals. Handle complex business rules and country-specific time management requirements. Experience with end-to-end implementation, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and support. Work on global workforce time management solutions across multiple countries. Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and business process issues. Mandatory Skills. SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
